Shipping Policy – Authentage Webshop (currently limited to German private customers)

At Authentage, we take pride in ensuring that your lighting arrives safely, promptly, and at no additional cost to you.

Free Shipping
All orders placed by private customers through our webshop are shipped free of charge. You will not incur any transportation costs, regardless of order size or destination (within our service area).

Delivery Timeframe
Your order will be carefully prepared and shipped within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Method
We work with trusted logistics partners (Fedex - Hermes) to ensure that your lights arrive in perfect condition. All items are securely packed to protect them during transit.

Additional Information

·       If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them together or separately depending on availability.

·       In the rare event of an unexpected delay, our team will notify you promptly and provide an updated delivery estimate.
